ENJOY SAN CRISTOBAL

The Fort San Cristóbal is a massive masterpiece of 18th century military engineering. Designed to guard the city from enemies approaching by land, it is the largest fortress made by the Spaniards in the New World. The fort stands guard at the eastern gate of Old San Juan serving as counterpart to Castillo San Felipe del Morro.Construction lasted over 150 years and was completed in1765, to this day visitors are inspired by the beauty of the architecture and the setting.
